POSITION OVERVIEW
WOWS Global is seeking a Business Development Intern to support lead generation, market research, and investor outreach efforts. This unpaid internship provides hands-on exposure to sales pipelines, investor relations, and market analysis in a fast-paced fintech and investment environment. If you are passionate about business strategy, data analysis, and relationship management, this role offers valuable experience and industry insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads and investors using online directories, social media, and market databases.
 - Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities to support decision-making.
 - Investor & Client Engagement: Assist the business development team in outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
 - Sales & CRM Management: Track and maintain lead data and communication records in CRM tools.
 - Competitive Analysis: Research competitor business models, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
 - Strategic Reporting: Prepare performance reports and insights on lead generation activities.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and investment teams to align business development efforts.
 - Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on venture capital, startup ecosystems, and financial services trends.
 - Learning & Growth: Expand your knowledge in business development, negotiation, and deal structuring.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Research & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments.
 - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English for investor outreach and business correspondence.
 - Sales & Lead Generation: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, outreach strategies, and business growth tactics.
 - Proactive & Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
 - Team Player: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and contributing innovative ideas.
 
DURATION
Minimum 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.
